Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the experience, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.

Experiences operate in most weather conditions. Should severe weather make cycling unsafe, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Children under 14 years travel as pillion passengers with an accompanying adult.

Guests aged 14 years and over may ride their own eBike, subject to the guide’s safety assessment.

A comprehensive safety briefing is provided prior to departure.

Helmets are provided for all guests and their use is strongly recommended.

No previous eBike experience is required. Guests should have a reasonable level of mobility and confidence riding a bicycle.

Routes may be adapted due to road closures, public events or guest preferences to ensure the best possible experience.

Complimentary photographs are included and shared with guests following the tour. Images will only be used for marketing purposes with the guest’s prior consent.

The experience is operated by FOF eBike Tours, which maintains comprehensive public liability insurance.
