Ashlea is a renowned classical Pilates instructor with over 8 years of teaching experience. Founder of Élan Wellbeing and the Pilates with Ashlea App, Ashlea’s transformative mindful movement empowers people to feel their best in both mind and body.
Lily
Through deep dedication to movement, Lily developed a strong passion for Pilates. After qualifying as a Classical Pilates instructor, Lily refined her approach to help clients connect with their bodies on a deeper level. Her sessions are designed to leave you feeling lengthened, strengthened, and more flexible, while also cultivating a sense of mental clarity.
